Nominations are now open for our first Dedicated Donkey & Mule Auction.
This sale is open to vendors & buyers Australia Wide & invites entries of Donkeys, Mules, Hinnies,

Mares in Foal to Jacks or with a Foal at Foot PLUS Donkey Harness, Packs & Saddles and anything else Donkey related. Already we have entries of Ridden Mules, Young Jacks & Jennies with Foals at Foot.

 

Sale Opens: 6pm Friday 20th May

Sale Closes: 7pm Thursday 26th May

Nominations for the May Sale will close at 12pm
Friday 20th May - OR - once we have reached our cap.

Video Submissions:
Videos for Sale Display & Social Media Use are due by 12pm
Friday 20th May.
Videos are required to be provided in the format of a YouTube Link.

The quality of the photos used to advertise your Animal are far more important than the quantity. 
At a minimum, we require a clear photo of the near and offside, the rump/rear, the head, teeth, feet and any scarring. 
Screenshots will not be used. 


It has been proven time and time again the vendors that take the best photos have the greatest results.

How to Sell your Donkey or Mule in a

Triangle Horse Sale "Online Only"  Auction

 

A Nomination Form is required for each Donkey/Mule you wish to sell.

 

All donkeys/mules are sold directly from your property with the purchaser organising collection themselves after the sale.

 

Photos & videos are supplied by yourself, the better you present your donkey/mule, the better the photos/videos you take & the more details you provide allows the buyers to make an informed choice when bidding and ultimately make you the most money on the sale.

 

The "Main Catalog/Advertising" Photo will always be of the donkey/mules off-side (facing right). Please ensure this is supplied to validate your listing.

 

As a guide, we recommend the following as a minimum for each listing:-

• Near Side

• Off Side

• Head

• Rump

• Teeth

• Feet – Front & Back

• Any scaring or branding

 

Videos are best supplied in a YouTube Link & we highly recommend the iPhone App “iMovie” to do all your editing.

 

Reserves are welcomed & if not met we work with yourself & the highest bidder to achieve an outcome that both parties are happy with. We start all lots at $100 with $25 bid increments.

Commissions & Fees:-

Horse/Pony/Donkey/Mule: 8.8% inc GST

Saddlery & Tack: 10% inc GST

Reserve Fee: $55 inc GST (only if a reserve is set)

Individual Social Advertising Fee: $25 inc GST (optional)

 

Commissions will be deducted from the sale proceeds; however, Reserve & Advertising Fees are payable upfront prior to advertisement of your horse. Payment can be made via credit card over the phone or direct deposit.

IMPORTANT NOTE:

Photos must be supplied for this to be a valid listing - Screenshots WILL NOT be used.
